Job Description
Overall, a Photo and Video Editor plays a crucial role in creating visually appealing content that attracts and engages the target audience. They should have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and proficiency in using photo and video editing software tools.
Role Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage sales pipeline
- Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages
- Aggressively track metrics to ensure targets are hit
- Well-versed in connecting with clients using Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, and various other mediums.
- Well knowledge in requirement gathering, scope development to proposal documentation.
- Worked closely with the development team to discuss new ideas and internal portfolio development.
- Collaborated closely with the company founders to explore new growth opportunities and provide regular updates on sales activities.
- Good experience in handling LinkedIn company page, Instagram Activities, YouTube Portfolio, and Company website.
- Good Skills on LinkedIn and other sources to fetch data of customers
- Taking Follow up with Clients Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, and maintain all the data in report.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree 2+ years in Advertising / IT sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- CRM experience is preffered
Responsibilities
- Editing and retouching photos and videos using various software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Manipulating and adjusting images and videos to enhance their visual appeal, including color correction, cropping, and resizing.
- Adding special effects, text, and graphics to photos and videos as per the requirements.
- Creating animations, motion graphics, and other visual effects to enhance the quality of the content.
- Ensuring the final output meets the quality standards and specifications of the client or the project.
- Maintaining a library of edited content for future use and reference.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photo and video editing.
Qualification
- A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, film, or a related field.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- Knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, photographers, and videographers.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing their previous work in photo and video editing.
